All new IPTV subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If unsatisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of activation.

To request a refund:

- • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
03 Refunds After 14 Days
After the initial period, refunds are issued only under:
- • A persistent technical issue our team cannot resolve.
- • Service unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault.
04 Non-Refundable Items
- • Transaction fees from third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
- • Outages caused by ISP blocks or user-end hardware failures.
05 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support will result in immediate account termination.
06 Adult Content Exclusion
