01 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with 2026 consumer protection laws, all new subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of activation.

02 Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via email or our social channels.
  • Provide your registered account email address.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

03 Refunds After 14 Days

After the initial period, refunds are only issued under specific conditions:

  • A persistent technical issue exists that our team cannot resolve.
  • The service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault.

04 Non-Refundable Items

  • Transaction fees from third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
  • Outages caused by ISP blocks or user-end hardware failures.

05 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from future services.
