02 Service Description
We provide subscription-based IPTV streaming. Service quality depends on internet speed, device compatibility, and location. We do not host content; we provide access via third-party providers.
03 Subscription & Automatic Renewals
- • Billing: Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- • Renewal Reminders: For subscriptions longer than 1 month, a reminder will be sent 7 days before the renewal date.
- • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
04 Account Usage Rules
- • Personal Use: One account per subscription unless a multi-room plan is purchased.
- • Prohibited: Sharing, reselling, or using the service for illegal redistributions.
05 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for outages caused by ISPs, third-party content providers, or emergency maintenance.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvanada IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
